South Australia's premier shopping destination. A decades long relationship built on technical excellence and proactive leadership across Stage 2, Stage 3, Stage 4 and Stage 4a. Stage 6 represents the largest private retail expansion in the state's history, doubling the mall's footprint to nearly 39,000m².

Our engagement in the Stage 6 Development as Retail Delivery Managers was extended to the existing centre, resulting in the coordination and delivery of 80 tenancies. We worked closely with the wider project delivery team, operations and base builder, delivering over half of these tenancies in a live trading environment.

Cohere was engaged by Hyde Park Medical Clinic to deliver the fitout of its new practice in Hyde Park, South Australia. Working in close partnership with the client, we led the consultant team through a rigorous value management process, strategically refining the design and aligning FF&E selections with both budget and long-term operational performance.

Cohere managed the end-to-end tender process and provided hands-on leadership throughout delivery, ensuring the successful realisation of this highly anticipated healthcare facility.

The strength of this relationship has continued beyond the base build, with Cohere subsequently engaged to deliver the fitout of four additional tenancies within the development, further embedding the project as a cohesive, high-performing medical precinct.

Leyton Property, in partnership with the Bedford Group, delivered a purpose-built manufacturing and community facility through a strategic joint venture. Spanning approximately 20,000, the multi-use development integrates advanced manufacturing, commercial food production, and a future-facing showroom or hospitality offering.

The project was delivered under a dual project management model, representing both the joint venture and Bedford Group as tenant. Central to its success was the coordination of complex design processes, procurement of specialist manufacturing and production equipment, and the implementation of robust governance structures. This was underpinned by disciplined stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment across all parties and supporting efficient, high-quality delivery.
